Does anyone have a corporate email address for Verizon to advise of bad customer service?

It took 2 1/2 weeks to finally get my residential internet service hooked up. I called customer service repeatedly to report that the service had not been established. The representatives would ask if they could check into it and call me back. No one ever called back. Finally, after 2+ weeks, a tech was sent out. He's the only one who fulfilled his commitment.Does anyone have a corporate email address for Verizon to advise of bad customer service?
