Does anyone in Montana have advise on how to deal with a rental posted as a Meth Lab?

Listed on DEQ Meth Lab Site in 2006, renters plea bargained down to single felony, judge didn't require repayment of remediation/testing costs.Does anyone in Montana have advise on how to deal with a rental posted as a Meth Lab?
Talk to the county Health Department to see if they think that the rental needs tested. Tell them that the Judge did not make the renters pay for testing. Have the county health offical work with the MT DEQ directly. Between the two funding ources, may be they can pay for it. Also, It might be good to get a quote for a lab - just to see what $'s your looking at.

Also, here's the link to the Montana's laws on Methamphetamine Contamination -- Indoor Property Decontamination Standards: http://data.opi.state.mt.us/bills/mca_to鈥?/a>Does anyone in Montana have advise on how to deal with a rental posted as a Meth Lab?
Remediation of a former methamphetamine site is unbelievably expensive, and requires the services of a certified remediation firm with extensive training. In many cases, it is actually less expensive to demolish the property than it is to remediate.

As others have suggested, you can sue the former tenants who caused this situation, but chances are that they are either in prison, indigent, or both.
It is my understanding that when a property is identified as a Meth lab it then is designated as a Hazardous Materials site and that information is attached to the property description. One house in Missoula was identified as such and had to be subsequently torn down as the cost of remediation was more than what it would cost to build a new building. I would contact an attorney who specializes in Landlord/Tenant law for more specific information. What town is this property located in? It is possible that the local landlords' association could have some materials as well.
Is this a property that you already own or a property that you are considering for purchase?

You need someone who specializes in remediation of property that is contaminated with hazardous wastes.

Houses that have been used as meth labs are contaminated with hazardous waste from the meth lab.

If this is your property you can sue the tenants who caused the problem, however in most cases these tenants will have no money to pay the judgment.

If your are considering the property for purchase, my recommendation is do not unless you get the property for a ridiculously low price and the property is particularly desirable.

Essentially I would not pay more than land value, less the cost to tear down the house by a company that is bonded and licensed to remove hazardous waste.

If the house can be remediated economically that is wonderful.

If it cannot be remediated, I recommend that you have a demolition company licensed and bonded to remove hazardous waste tear down and remove the existing house.

You now have have a bare lot ready for you to build a new house.

Hey friends can you please advise me on the following?

I have two dalmatian puppies, male and female, of five months old and I have noticed since the recent days that they have been losing much of their hair and they are quite losing appetite. I wanted to know what food is best for them and what should be done so that they grow into perfect adults? Would be even great if you could list some websites. Thnx loads in adv.Hey friends can you please advise me on the following?
If they are losing hair and have decreased appitite and lethargy, then your first order of business is a trip to the vet for a check up. If the vet finds no problems with the pups, then a food change may be in order. I reccomend Innova, Timberwolf, Solid Gold or Canidae all life stages. I've had great luck with all of these brands.Hey friends can you please advise me on the following?
Thanx 2 all 4 ur help. thnx.

Well,

The best thing to do is to take the poor things to the vet for a checkup. While at the vet have the veterinarian set up a monthly checkup plan. That way they can check up on your dogs, and you can keep track. If they are not eating it's either the food or their either scared. My Dog did the same. haha. I suggest asking your vet for the best food.

Need More Information,

http://www.vet.com/
There is a reason for everything, take them to a vet.

It could be a reaction to their puppy shots, a desease, perhaps a genetic problem.

Your best advice is to see a vet!
what food are they eating .... not to make you worry needlessly but i would be worried about the food if both dogs are showing the same signs

quit feeding them whatever they are eating

and bring both of them to the vet, puppies are little pigs when they eat, not normal for them to lose their appetite

then pick a different food but first have the vet take a look at them
The fact that they have had a loss of appetite and hair loss (is this just regular shedding or a more noticeable issue?) the best thing is to go to the vet.

As far as food goes, basically steer clear of the supermarket products and go with the premium brands. Best to go with what the vet recommends in your part of the world. But they should be on puppy food at least until 12 months of age.

A combination of the right health care, preventatives, diet, training, appropriate exercise regime and of course love and affection will ensure that you'll have 2 perfect pooches on your hands.
I have a very picky eater and he was having some problems with digestion and hair lose and itchy skin. I took my dog to the vet which I reccommend highly, I was told to put him on organic food. I have had him on this food for a year and his coat is beautiful and he is active and no more digestion problems. The hair lose was stopped almost immediately, I think that the by products in food is the culpit and I would try a change in food done gradually so as not to upset his stomach. Hope this helps.
Dalmatians are great dogs! My sister had one that lived to almost 12 years old, despite his health problems.

They are a very sensitive breed. Sappy had lots of digestive problems. Mostly he just had a sensitive stomach. The shedding might be very normal. I still find Sappy's hair in my clothes and he's been gone since last winter.

Definitely take them to the vet, though. There could be underlying illnesses causing these symptoms.

In the meantime, try feeding them plain white rice. Don't add any salt and make sure it's cooled off before you give it to them. It's more gentle on their stomachs.

Check the link below. It's the Dalmatian Club of America's information about potential health issues.

Good luck with your pups!

Where in Turin (Italy) you advise to rent a flat, in a reasonable price?

I will be working in the Polytecnico main campus, so if possible the flat should be close to campus. Thanks!Where in Turin (Italy) you advise to rent a flat, in a reasonable price?
mm...near the politecnico there is the ';crocetta'; neightbour...it means that all rich people lives near there...

you have to search somewhere else... if you want to live alone rent will be very expensive, if you share the flat with others students you'll save some money ( in university zone shared rent is from 300鈧?per month..)

you can take a look at this site, it will give you an idea .. http://torino.bakeca.it/offro-casa-125

The background picture on my PC has suddenly gone blurred. Can anyone advise me what has gone wrong?

This occurred when I changed the background. I lifted the picture from a photographic site - done so before several times - on this occasion it has gone blurred. What do I do to correct it. It looks slightly out of focus. The background picture on my PC has suddenly gone blurred. Can anyone advise me what has gone wrong?
Make sure that the image is the same resolution as your screen. You can find it by right clicking on the desktop and clicking on properties, display properties%26gt;settings. Otherwise the computer stretches the image to fit the screen. The background picture on my PC has suddenly gone blurred. Can anyone advise me what has gone wrong?
You don't know sh*t about handling digital images, do you? If you are going to use an image for a background.. YOU NEED A LARGE IMAGE and not some THUMBNAIL image. Pick another image and learn something about digital images.

    ';If a company requires initial payment from you in order to work for them, they are not legitimate.';

There are a few legitimate data entry companies but are not hiring and have large waiting lists (1-2yrs). The majority of data entry jobs you seen online are scams. A real company will want you to have skills inc fast typing, may want you to know MS Excel, and will usually ask that you have high speed internet. Once in a long while you may found one online on a job website but thats rare.

If you do an advanced search on yahoo, you will find previous answers, sometimes the info on these is good as the info they gave is likely to have been verified if the answer was voted as 'Best'.

has some good information on how to search recruitment websites for work at home positions.Need a work from home and i dont have money to pay anybody,i live in lebanon and need xpert advise.hv internet
The work from home jobs that aren't scams actually require work on your part - and if you're in need of money soon then you're likely to be sorely disappointed in any of those as well. Most of the legit opportunities out there take time to build - so if someone makes an outrageous claim of income it probably isn't true ( and those that are true sure didn't make that kind of money when they first began ).

Time %26amp; effort required - but do your own research on what is best for you, don't take the advice of myself and others as gospel from this type of public website.

I have other ideas that may help - one of them is an online opportunity but another is one that will require a little effort to market yourself - try some data entry for local businesses, many of them don't have the time to do it in-house and will gladly pay someone else to do it. Professionals are a good place to start, lawyers, doctors, chiropractors, etc - they need their ';in-house'; folks doing other things rather than busy work.
You can try the data entry, data conversion, CAD, transcription, freelance writing, software and other computer work at home jobs posted on the website http://whj.in . Software jobs will pay well and are easily available, if you are willing to spend some time learning web design, PHP and Java.

All jobs are 100% free but you have to spend time applying for the jobs.
I recently registered with YouGov, an internet questionnaire site, on below link. Just for registering they give you a few pounds. But then each time you complete a questionnaire they give you 拢2/拢3 or 拢5. It can take upto 20 minutes on some questionnaires but the money adds up.

Plus YouGov is public limited company on the stock exchange so you know they can be trusted. Good luck.
Take surveys and join a GPT site where you get paid to complete offers, view advertisements, sign up for websites, and sign up for free trials. You won't get rich, but you can easily make an extra $100 a month or so if you work at it. I have done the research and currently make money this way so take my advise and check out this site.

I need some advise on the what type of putter should I buy. Additional advise on the brand would also be great?

I am 30 years old, 6ft tall with a athletic build and play with a handicap of 24.I need some advise on the what type of putter should I buy. Additional advise on the brand would also be great?
the only thing anyone over the internet could probably tell you would be to get a putter that is longer than standard, but even that depends on how hunched over you are when you put

my advice is to go to a local golf retailer and try out different retailers

    you need to check for

-lie angle-the angle of your putterhead in relation to your shaft, this is dependent on how close to perpendicular to the ground you hold your putter when you swing

    -shaft length-length of the shaft...lol

this is dependent on how far from the ground your hands are when you put, even if your tall, you might bend a lot when you put, and not require a long putter, or you might be someone who stands almost straight up when they putt, it depends on you

-mallet or blade putter head shape

i personally dont like my clubs looking like they are a space ship, but a some people can line up the ball to their intended line of putt better if they have a mallet putter (those putters that have white circles behind the putter face)

as for brand, that depends on your price range and whatever you find at the store that meets the above criteriaI need some advise on the what type of putter should I buy. Additional advise on the brand would also be great?
Quite honestly it comes down to two categories. First off, you have to be comfortable with the putter you use. Secondly, it depends on the price you're willing to spend. I play with an Odssey White Hot #1 putter, and I like it very much. That's also in a pretty good price range, especially for its quality. Because there are a large number of great putters out there, the best choice would be narrowing down the price range. If you want to spend a crapload of money, then Scotty Cameron is definitely the best out there. I got my putter for Christmas two years ago and I knew my dad was not willing to spend that much money on a putter, but it really depends. There are really so many different ways to go. If you like a certain company such as Nike (actually never mind because Nike does not make great putters), but one such as Mizuno, Bettinardi is their putter and very good quality, but I can stress enough it comes down to feel and price range. The best thing to do is maybe get your price range down and then pick a few companies you like and then start testing them out
In my opinion this question cannot just be answered. I offer the opinion that you head to a Dick's Sporting Goods, Golf Galaxy, or a Golfsmith store and test out different kinds of putters. I am now playing with an Odyssey Saber Tooth and love it. But I had to hit it to see how it would feel and if I liked it. I say you can't go wrong with an Odyssey. You may find that you like a heavier putter or a lighter one, a taller one or that you get more control with a belly putter. I think that your best option is to try out the different ones because only you can decide what your comfort level is and your price range.
Me personally a RIFE any kind they are nice looking and feel awesome or if you can afford a scotty cameron they are wonderful either a newport 1, 1.5, or 2 ($300). Heavy putter makes nic putter but some can be too heavy. Then there are Odyssey which have nice feeling putters for a good price an kind either blade or mallet. i would get them all in 35in also since your 6 foot
I know Titleist Scotty Cameron Detour New Port 2 Putter is good. There are many buyers purchase. You can have a try.and the price is low and guarranteed quality

Can you advise me on my vegteble garden?

I am starting a box garden and want to know the best way to prepare it for the first planting. My husband says I need to fill the box with soil, cover the soil with plastic or some other weed reducing stuff, plant plants, cover plastic with mulch or something.

My question is how does this sound to you? I worry about the mulch - Please tell me what you all think and what the best soil would be and what else I can do to make this garden into a great garden. Thanks!!Can you advise me on my vegteble garden?
Use fertilized soil or add fertilizer to the soil....never cover with plastic...in the old days they covered the soil with newspaper to keep weeds under control, today they have a mesh-like fabric to cover the soil, cut X's and plant a seed in each or starter plants like tomatoes...mulch helps to keep the soil moist, water your garden everyday for the first 4 days for seeds to germinate.

Happy gardening! Can you advise me on my vegteble garden?
well depending on the size of the box. if you are buying the soil in bags then top soil is what you want mix with a little potting soil to add drainage. if its a closed box then you might want to add rocks to the bottom also or drainage. plastic or weed block is fine but i don't like it. you can mulch to keep the weeds down use a cedar or another type that retards bugs. no pine. whether your doing plants or seeds matters to the mulch if seeds you don't want to cover Them with th mulch. you will need fertilizer since the soil wont have everything you need in it. i like organic which are available for different types of plants. stay away from dehydrated cow manure and the like they took all the good stuff out. gardening can be a lot of fun but there is a lot to consider. feel free to contact me with more questions
First, make holes in your pot or box. Spread stones at the bottom, the stones will help irrigation. Cover the stones with good soil (soil which is mixed with some compost). Plant your seedlings. Spread some compost or mulch around the seedling (not next to it) and water. Give it time and water regularly and it will grow and you'll have your vegetable garden.

Because your box has holes, you will need to place a tray under it to catch the water, or place it out in the garden.
yes i have some gardening tips

Should I advise my superiors that I am applying for a position at a competing company?

Hello, I work as an administrator at a large international company. I recently applied to be a manager at THE competing company. Should I let my superiors know or just wait and see what happens IF I am offered the position?Should I advise my superiors that I am applying for a position at a competing company?
What do you hope to gain by telling them you are not happy with the job you have and are looking to work for the competition? If you were in a relationship, would you want your sweetheart to tell you that they are looking around for a better date, but they'll stay with you until they find one? All you need to do is give them the required notice once you have decided to leave. If they can't bear to see you go, at that time they will make a counter-offer, which you can take or leave as you wish. But if you tip your hand prematurely, they may decide to cut their losses, and get rid of you now, and you don't get the other job, where will you be?

Can anyone advise the best way to get work experience in a primary school before applying for a PGCE?

I'd like to change careers into primary school teaching but understand that it's virtually impossible to secure a place on a PGCE course without having prior work experience in a primary school. Can anyone tell me the best way to get this experience? Should I apply directly to the schools for work as a classroom assistant? Can anyone advise the best way to get work experience in a primary school before applying for a PGCE?
Just go to the local schools or write to them - you will probably not get paid work as a Teaching Assistant unless they have a vacancy but at least you will be able to see what its all about! You only need to have knowledge and experience from a short period.

Incidentally, I would suggest that you speak to a teacher to find out about all the planning (long, medium, short term), monitoring, assessments, class and lesson preparation, marking, evaluations, inset, after school clubs etc. - all in addition to the very satisfying job of actually teaching the children! Many people don't realise what a heavy workload teachers have in addition to interacting with children. It certainly isn't 8.30 - 4.00, five days a week! Can anyone advise the best way to get work experience in a primary school before applying for a PGCE?
i volunteered at my local school doing anything asked of me you will need to be police checked. simply go and offer your services.
if you are under 25 years of age, try doing an experience in one of the EU projects.

    Take a look at http://ec.europa.eu/youth/program/sos/in鈥?/a>

It is vouluntary work for youths from Europe. but it is great. I am currently doing it now.
All you need to do is phone up the schools and ask for voluntary work as a classroom assistant. Most schools will not refuse as the extra help is always welcome. At my school we rely heavily on voluntary support due to lack of funding.

You will not always be working with children in the classroom though, there are many other jobs you will have to do such as photocopying, marking homework, laminating, filing,

    displays etc.

Ensure that you work with all age groups from the Nursery and Foundation Stage, right up to Year 6 so that it will help you to decide whether you want to work as a Foundation Stage teacher or in KS1 or KS2.

Good Luck,I hope it all works out for you.
It depends very much on the area you are in, but I have just completed my PGCE and I contacted the primary schools directly myself, but I did know of people who had problems due to insurance.

Try phoning around some schools first and have a chat with them. Good luck with it.
All primary schools are desperate for people to go in and listen to readers, photocopy, work with groups, do some Art etc. I know my school is.

Just give them a ring and offer your services. It might be better to be CRB cleared although some schools do pay for this although you will need CRB clearance for you pgce.

PS you only actually need to have a couple of weeks experience

I wanna start playing high stakes poker but cash is tight with a little a baby any advise or help? thanks?

I am a tight aggressive player and normally do well when i play tournaments or play for cash! However money is a little tight at the moment as we have just had a baby! I am looking for a poker sponsor that will pay me into tournamounts and I will give a cut of any winnings i make! I hope someone can help me?I wanna start playing high stakes poker but cash is tight with a little a baby any advise or help? thanks?
Sponsor yourself for now. Why split your hard work with someone and give them a cut of your earnings. In order to get a sponsor nowadays you must a have a proven track record.

If you want to get a sponsor you must do this:

    1) Be a winner.

    2) Keep meticulous records of your wins/losses.

    3) Play at least 5 days a week for at least 6 hours a day.

One of the must common mistakes new poker players make is they try to play at a level that is beyond their means. They spend a lot of money learning and losing at higher levels when they don't learn how to win at a level they can afford to lose at. All poker players suffer from poker variance and dry spells it is just the way it is.

There is no doubt that you can study the game and learn to play at any level if you're dedicated. The beauty of being a winning poker player is that you will owe no one. Asking for sponsorship when you are starting is a short term quick fix that will lead to a long term problem.

I wanna start playing high stakes poker but cash is tight with a little a baby any advise or help? thanks?
there are sites where people sponsor profitable players but you'll start at $2 tournaments, it's a waste of time because if you're good, you'll make more anyway. If you are good enough, then grinding a bankroll in your spare time won't be a problem. Play on pokerstars and you can start from $10, low risk, grind out a high stakes bankroll. As a profitable player (this encompasses so many factors) you should get $10 to $20,000 in about 1500 games, 5 games per day you'll have $20,000 in a year. This way of playing poker is perfect because if you're not good enough to play with the high stakes players you've lost $10, not putting you or your family at financial risk. Remember that the one thing that every poker player has in common is they all think they are the best yet only 10% of players profit, don't fool yourself, mathmatically anylise your games at each stake over a period of time and be smart about it. Good luck but I hope you won't need it.

Ebay shops who can custom make dresses. Such as; 'Ice Edge'. There are also other sites that can custom make dresses. I think that's your best bet.

Can someone advise me about vaccinations in Zambia?

I am going for two months to Zambia in April. What do I need and when do I need to start them? Can someone advise me about vaccinations in Zambia?
yellow fever and malariaCan someone advise me about vaccinations in Zambia?
You probably need: yellow fever, hep A and B, menengitis, MMR booster, Tetanus booster, polio, typhoid and anti-malaria tablets.

The only one of these that needs to spread out over time is Hep B, and you can do it over about 6 months. It's fine to do some of them before you go and some when you get back.

Depending on where you go and what conditions you'll stay in, you might not need a lot of these, though. The more rural you are, the more you need them, generally speaking.

You can find complete information here: http://wwwn.cdc.gov/travel/destinationZa鈥?/a>

Common medical concerns in Zimbabwe, Zambia and Botswana include the following:

Malaria: caused by a mosquito borne parasite, malaria is endemic in all of our main safari areas. From experience we've found the worst time of year for malaria generally from mid February to the end of June. The incidence of malaria diminishes as the season gets drier and cooler but there is still a risk even at the end of the dry season before the new rains. The best precautions are physical barriers in the early evenings and at night (long trousers and sleeves, 30% plus deet-based repellents, mosquito nets). You need to watch for the symptoms for several months after your return home - it's important to get treatment very quickly if you've contracted malaria. If you develop flu-like symptoms then get a quick and simple blood test without any delay to be on the safe side. Department of Health (UK) and MedicinePlanet]

Diarrhoea: a common problem when traveling in Africa. We've seen advice recommending that even salads should be washed in bottled mineral water?! That's extreme, the reality is that food preparation and presentation in some of the remotest camps is better than the fare you'll get in many well known hotels in Europe and North America. Just be sensible about what you eat and drink, and bring suitable medication in case.

Medical services: Even the remotest camps are reasonably well geared to handle minor mishaps in terms of first aid practitioners, trauma kits etc. In the event of a serious accident, Johannesburg in South Africa is the only real option for immediate high care evacuation in Southern Africa. Ensure that you have adequate medical insurance - as a rule the remoter and less developed the destination, the more expensive the evacuation.

Required inoculations: Hepatitis A and cholera for Zimbabwe, Zambia and Botswana. If you've traveled from another country where yellow fever occurs then you may be required to produce an International Certificate of Vaccination when entering Zimbabwe, Zambia or Botswana. What professions would you advise for a Tauren Druid in WoW?

Hi, I used to play the burning crusade, just got to 70 - but then, foolishly I bought gold and was banned.

Consequently, I have made a new account, learnt from my misjudgements and mistakes. I'm curious as to how WoW is ever evolving.

Is Herbalism/Alchemy still a useful profession when one reaches the depths of leveling? What professions would you advise for a Tauren Druid in WoW?
Tauren's got the racial for herbing, meaning sure you can level it faster.

Herbing goes with alch, and inscripting mainly now (inscript only for wrath)

Herb / Alch i lvled with my priest, and it was a pretty good combo, till end game, alch (not herbing) makes almost nothing (even as mute master making epic gems, i only really can make 110g a day from 1 gem (rarely do i ever get a 2 proc from mute master). Flasks take 1 frost lotus which you might only find 2-5 a day given you're lucky, the flasks go for 25g a pop, while 1 lotus goes for (my server) 60g a pop, sucks huh? Alch endgame won't really give you any money, but the new RENEWABLE flask that gives nice nice stats and lasts an hour is a nice perk too.

Professions also can heavily rely on what class you are too.

I wouldn't say just cause u have the racial get the profession, but it's not bad to take advantage of them either. What professions would you advise for a Tauren Druid in WoW?
All of the crafting professions offer some unique benefit late in the game. Herbalism/Alchemy is a fine choice imo.

Blacksmithing allows you to get two additional prismatic sockets for your gear.

Leatherworking gives you ';fur lining'; which is a powerful enchantment only leatherworkers get.

Tailoring has a couple of flying mounts and offer cloak embroidery (tailor only) and spellthread for pants.

Alchemy has unique alchemist only potions and can be a pretty good money maker.

Enchanting allows you to enchant your rings and is also a great money maker despite how expensive it can be to level.

Jewelcrafters get jewelcrafter only gems which they are allowed to use three of. Jewelcrafting can be a decent money maker if you have the right cuts and easy access to gems.

Inscriptions grants inscriptionist only shoulder enchants which again are quite powerful. It's not a cash cow but it can make steady income.

All of the gathering professions are clearly useful but these days they also grant a skill. Skinning grants critical strike rating, mining gives stamina, and herbalism gives you a instant cast HoT which can be done while stealthed or shifted.

Personally I feel that there's no 'wrong' choice for your professions since they all have substantial benefits. When theorycrafted most classes and specs will find that the actual benefit of any given profession to their class is generally nearly equal with small variations here and there.

Engineering is till mostly PvP utility and convenience though.
Herbalism Is a must really, I had leatherworking on it at skill level 450 but there is no money to be made with it anymore. Herbalism is good especially in later levels since you wont need to dismount from birdform to gather it. i would agree with enchanting, its pretty easy to level aswell. some herbs in lvl 50 areas go for 1gold a piece.

Alchemy has become profitable again now that you can transmute epic gems for the price of an eternal and a superior gem.
It's useful but depends on what you want some professions help you level or earn you gold. What i recommend for a Tauren Druid is that you be a Enchanter you make tons of gold and is hugely helpful with raising your stats on your gear. Then maybe you could take alchemy or herbalism with that. Just make sure you become an Enchaner or you won't regret it.
I have been a Tauren Druid since release and have always been herb/enchant. Good money.

When did your doctor advise you about your twin pregnancy?

I am 7 weeks pregnant with twins. I have had two ultrasounds and scheduled for a third one next week. Other than telling me what is going on in the ultrasound, my ob/gyn has not discussed or advised me on nutrition, care, risks and what to avoid during pregnancy. Is that normal? Did your doctor talk to you about all this in the first appointment or did he wait until he was satisfied with the progress of the developing fetus? Thanks! When did your doctor advise you about your twin pregnancy?
I am 23 weeks with twins, I found out on my first appointment with my obstetrician at 10 weeks and she didn't really talk to me about nutrition etc. She just told me that I definitely needed to be on a pregnancy multivitamin to ensure I get enough of vitamins and minerals for the bubs.

Other than that, she didn't seem to think there was that much more of a risk with the pregnancy other than the early onset of labour which we talked about at the next visit.

    Congratulations by the way!!

well pioneer is alright but i swear by rockford fosgate kicker and hifonic (hifonics for their amps) but its up to your ear what you like you can always find cheaper stuff on ebay look around and be sure not to get cheap sh*t like pyramid or pyleI just want some advise of updating my speaker system in my car?
I agree with shad..... It is up to your ear. Everyone likes a differsnt sound.
my advise if you getting to amps make sure you get a kinetik battery to replace your factory battery becasue factory batteries aren't made to support all that power especially too amp i would say get a hc800 to replace the back cap and a hc 1400 for the factory battery for the amp make sure you get a amp that's double the power of your subs and remember you buy cheap soun's you go get cheap sounds i recommend rockford pumch series amp and some kickers
    Some things to know http://spkrbox1.spaces.live.com
Do some homework before you buy. Pioneer is not well known or liked for building quality amps. I'd advise Alpine or if you can spend a little more money, JL Audio has a really nice 6 channel amp out for 2008, and it's under $500.00 . Kicker or Jl are definate recommends, depending on the type of music you listen to. Kicker rocks for pounding, JL will give the nice clean tight bass for more contemporary tastes.
    I would get Bose
Instead of running multiple amps, you might consider one 5 channel hybrid amp. The Memphis ';Baby Belle'; is a nice amp, JL Audio's 500/5 is a good choice also. If you want, email me and I'll help you find some good equipment and hunt down an installer for you.
www.crutchfield.com is the best site out there for audio products. i highly recommend it.

  • I could use some advise to help my children concentrate in class?

I have 3 school age children. A 4th Grader 1st, and Kindergarten. My older two have been bringing home notes saying that they are having difficulty concetrating in class. The 1st grader is all ready repeating the first grade and I don't want to see her fail again. She is the one that I worry about the most. She is very engergetic and loves to draw, according to her teacher she will draw every little detail of what she is drawing but when it comes to getting her class work done on time she is not motivated, talks to other kids and doesn't stay focused on what she is supposed to be doing. I try to tell her every morning to remember to concetrate but she is still getting these notes. Also her reading and word comprehension is not where it should be, hence her repeating the 1st grade. Any advice would be appreciated. Also my 4th grader has been getting notes too not as many but some. I am a single parent and I work long hours, would that have something to do with it?I could use some advise to help my children concentrate in class?
    don't be hard on yourself...

first, request a meeting with the teachers- ask her to describe the distractibility, etc. Then schedule appointments with the pediatrician- have them evaluated medically (some of what you are describing COULD be ADHD...I don't like how quickly people jump to that, but you should definitely look into it)

Between the 2 you should find good resolutions for your children...stay in touch with the teachers and as silly as it sounds- really make sure the kids are eating right and getting a good amount of sleep (and trust me, I know ';quality time'; is hard to come by....develop a small routine with each child- 10 mins at bedtime- ';What was the best part or your day? worst part?'; and then share your answers too- this is something my son and I do every night)I could use some advise to help my children concentrate in class?
Maybe it is because your children are trying to act up to get attention. I have been having the same problem with my son, who is in 3rd grade. His father and I divorced 2 years ago and he is always moving, and has a new girlfriend every few months. When things are consistent, my son is fine, but I find that he gets distracted or irritated easily in class when something is going on. Try to talk to your children and spend as much time with them as possible. I know it is hard because you are soooo tireddd when you get home. Trust me I understand. Let them know that they are loved and you want them to do well in school. Start taking things away at home like t.v. or playing with friends until behavior improves. I asked the same question on here a while ago and someone suggested that to me and it has been working lately! Good luck.
Have them visually represent what they are learning. Visually represent stories, visually represent mathematical equations, etc.

They seem to be learning differently than the others.

Edit: oh, yeah, btw, I'm not a professional learning counselor/ advisor /whatever
I also, had a child that was not able to concentrate in class.

I decide to call the School and request that my child be tested to see if my child was being challenged enough in her class. I also, requested her to be tested for dyslexia. After the test the counselor realized that she was not being challenge , she was bored in class. she did not have dyslexia. Also, to help her concentrate during a test the Teacher would allow her to wear headphones. . I think that if there is a child that is having difficult in school concentrate this should be address to the child's family and have different test run for he/she so, this child gets help and not be consider a problem child. My child is happy now and so are her Teachers too. I hope this helps, good luck

Can someone please advise on whether taking a plane or coach to KL is more convenient?

Comparing cost, time taken and ease :) Thanks! Can someone please advise on whether taking a plane or coach to KL is more convenient?
1 ) If you have too many luggage . Advice not to take coach ! you need to '';carry in and out '; during Woodland also JB check point !

2 ) If you luggage is less than 15 kg for check in. hand carry allow one bag , max 7 kg. size 56 x 36 x 23 cm . NOT EVEN 1 kg exit allowance ! ( exit luggage charge as S$ 20.oo per kg ). Badge Air is Cheap and FAST !

3 ) If you going to KL Town . sample luggage . consider Taxi fare from Singapore Town area to Changi airport + KLIA to KL Town.Check in/out + 45 min fly hours. total 3 + hours. and by coach to reach KL Town is about 6 hours. Coach is better. Can someone please advise on whether taking a plane or coach to KL is more convenient?
first of all can I know you from where? everybody knows by plane are more convenient.....

If you around Malaysia, this depending on you, if you go for business better for you to go by plane because you can be more relax while waiting the time for meeting. time is more concern in here but of course anything better the prices are totally different.

but if you go for vacation that's means not in hurry, so more relax and you can see around the journey is by coach.

All depending on your time and what purposed you come down to Kuala Lumpur.
If you compare cost, time and ease, they begin to somewhat cancel one another out as the journey takes longer and longer so that it does not matter, as far as ';convenience'; is concerned ....So, for a short journey, a coach may be more suitable(cheaper and faster), but for a long journey, a plane may be more suitable ...the price of a coach ride catches up to that of a plane ticket - i.e. about the same cost, but faster. [specially so now that your have cheap fares by Air Asia]

The point of departure can also influence your decision, asa well as the number of pople in your group and amount of luggage, but you have not mention it, so the above answer is ';general';.

    Edit : Spore %26lt;====%26gt; KL

    If on business- plane =fast

If on leisure - train = fun

If on frequent trip - coach= not in a hurry

';convenience'; does not come into the equation, as every method has its own hassle. You take what is most ';suitable'; for your purpose.
    Plane..

    You have alot of choices

    Airasia Changi airport-LCCT

    Firefly Budget terminal-Subang airport

    Jetstar/MH/SQ Changi airport-KLIA

Its more convenient as u can do internet checkin and be at the airport only 1.5hrs before departure and immigration here is a breeze.

Its super time saving cos only takes 55min to KL.

Ticket price ranges from $28.00 on a budget carrier to SGD291 on SQ/MH..

I'm hooked on taking flt because of convenience and time saving.

    Cheers

Anybody have any advise for how to back a trailer into a driveway?

I know this sounds funny, but we had oh so much trouble doing this today. We just bought a 8*5 trailer. We have posts on either side of the driveway. Then there are support posts for carport. Then we have to back it into the garage, which only has about 12 inches of clearance on either side, so not a lot of margin for error. Anyone have any words of wisdom on how to do this??Anybody have any advise for how to back a trailer into a driveway?
As many people here have said, practice. Fellow bassboater Jesse's hint to hold the steering wheel at the bottom is the easiest way. Wit little clearance, a ground guide to yell STOP! is critical.

But to add something new here, you may want to look at the trailer dolly at the link below. It is an easy way to hand manuver the trailer into that hole.Anybody have any advise for how to back a trailer into a driveway?
Is it loaded? Can you put enough weight on the back to make it maneuverable by hand? If you can pick up the hitch and have someone else put blocks by the wheels to prevent it from rolling downhill whenever you make some progress... you might get it in there slowly... without any damage.

The only other suggestion I can think of... is to go into an empty parking lot with it and practice going around some cones.
    Uhhhh...very carefully? Sorry, I couldn't resist!!!
If you steer left, the trailer will go right, steer right, it will go left.

Once you enter the driveway, pull forward a bit until you can straighten the rig, then back straight in.

    Repeat as necessary.
practice, practice, practice. Use the side mirrors, go slow, hand on the bottom of the steering wheel, while looking in the mirror make your hand go in the direction you want the trailer to go.
yeah, don't let me do it!
turn the wheel the opposite way you want the trailer to go.
Practice , you will be surprised how quickly you will learn to back it up. Take your trailer to your local wal mart and set up some cones or buckets with mops or brooms or something you can see and just back it up a few times and you will learn. One thing I find the helps is backing so that you can you are turning towards the drivers side this way you can see the rear of the trailer as opposed to backing towards the passenger side where you can not see anything. The hardest trailer to back up are the small, short ones that you can not see the sides of in your mirrors.
Make your back wheels the front wheels of the trailer. Then use YOUR front wheels to move the back (trailer front) wheels where they need to be to point the trailer in the right direction.

Hint: Steer left to make the trailer go right and vice versa. Then follow the trailer as it backs in.
Before you back in, get the trailer and vehicle as straight as you can. As you're backing up go slowly and turn your steering wheel in the direction the trailer's wiggling to. Remember, the smaller the trailer, the harder it is to back in. Take your time and don't get frustrated if it takes a couple shots to get it in.
    The ';easiest way'; is this...

Place your hand on the ';BOTTOM'; of the steering wheel.

Now, what ever direction you want your trailer to ';go';, turn your hand ';that way';.

    It works every time!

    I wish you well..

    Jesse
Place your hand on the bottom of the steering wheel, this way you wont have to think through the opposite motion on the wheel needed to direct the trailer in the direction you want it to go. Use small movements to steer the trailer if it's straight backing. Go slow and watch how the trailer reacts to your steering. Practice makes perfect, so make your self a backing coarse to practice on, in a safe area away from any obstacles. I have taught many big rig drivers how to drive and my experience says there is no verbal method of teaching someone how to back, it just requires practice, patients and the few tips I gave you above. The rest is up to you.

    Good luck and happy trails.
If your using a truck or SUV go to u-haul and have them install a hitch on the front of the vehicle makes its easier for the novice..
First you need to get as much room to work as you can, between the trailer and your driveway. Get the trailer as straight as possible then keep it going slow and steady. turn the wheel in the opposite direction you need the trailer to go. And lastly take your time and don't get discouraged.

Can someone advise me on the best way to keep Golden Charcoal (Japanese hookah coals) lit?

I bought these coals awhile ago and they come very well recommended but I'm having difficulty keeping them lit once they're started.. I would appreciate any help anyone can give me, either recommending a better brand or letting me know the best way to light them. Thanks! Can someone advise me on the best way to keep Golden Charcoal (Japanese hookah coals) lit?
Golden's are my favorite japs. I use them only for Tangiers Tobacco because they don't super heat like some coals.

Lighting them, Light them on a stove or portable single coil burner.

    http://www.walgreens.com/store/product.j鈥?/a>

Put them on the burner for 3 minutes. Flip them. Depending on the burner when they are glowing red and the silver is flaking off they are done. If they start to crack take them off and put them on a coal carrier and cover them with a windcover for a minute or 2 if they aren't glowing.

When on you bowl remember a windcover is your friend.

    I prefer the Taj Windcover

By it's design it's holes allow for good air flow, with out exceeding air flow to keeping the coals hot and lit.

  • Can anyone advise me about my gas stove?

How do you get a burner on a gas stove to ignite a flame if it takes a little too long? I don't like waiting too long and letting gas fumes fill the Kitchen. The pilot light is still on. My boyfriend says to light a food wrapper from a different burner and use that to light the slow burner. He also says to light it with a match. I want to stay safe. I guess you could say I have a phobia about matches, fire, and gas.Can anyone advise me about my gas stove?
I always lightly blow on the burner. Not hard enough to blow out the pilot light, but a slight breeze on it will blow the pilot flame into the gas flow. Works every time! Can anyone advise me about my gas stove?
one, there's a little cover on the burner stem that allows outside air to enter...sometimes it's open too much....also, the hole to the burner might be plugged just enough to not allow full gas flow....hope this helps....good luck...
You need to check your burner and make sure that it is not clogged up on the side where the pilot light is. It could be fully clogged to where the ignition is occurring on the side of the burner or it could be partially clogged and spewing too much pure gas near the pilot light. Pure gas will not ignite, there has to be a mixture of oxygen for ignition to occur so it sounds like you have to high of a concentration of gas and it is having to disperse to be able to light.
CLEAN OUT THE VENTURI, ESPECIALLY THE ONES THAT SHOOT GAS DOWN THE TUBE TO THE PILOT, %26amp; OR POSSIBLE ADJUST YOUR PILOT SLIGHTLY HIGHER!

In new cameras, look for optical viewfinders (LCD invisible in bright sun) and check battery prices. Also, high mega pixel settings take longer to process and may not be needed unless required for very large pictures or enlarging small parts of big pictures. Maximum print size for a 3 mega pixel setting is 8 x 10 inches. Click links below for more details.

Just saw this camera at Best Buy and think it is a great camera and a best buy. It has an optical viewfinder, image stabilizer, auto focus, and uses NiMH rechargeable batteries. Read as much of the following as you can for other information and help with choosing a camera.

Canon A590IS $129.99 at Staples yesterday.

    http://bountii.com/deal-1523871-canon-po鈥?/a> ...

There is no one particular place to get great buys, but you may see something above that really helps you find the best buy. Click on the link in the information above for an example then search for your camera of choice at the upper left. Camera prices at this link change often.

While most of the cameras out there are really good, I would choose Canon over Nikon because it seems like more camera for the money. Some would say Canon withholds their best technology for high end cameras and Nikon implements their best at all levels. Before you decide, read all the text and links in the information below because it will help you know what to look for in a camera.

There are so many cameras out there it is difficult to say which is best, but digital is definitely the way to go. The second source link will be very helpful as it list most of the cameras out there with prices. The following information should help you know what to look for in a camera.

What gives a camera its picture quality?

The short answer is that it is mostly the skill of the photographer that produces high quality pictures. The lens and camera are very important, but the ability to set the scene, adjust the cameras settings, and hold the camera very still or use a tripod with auto or remote shutter actuation when required is what gets the great pictures.

Lots of great camera tips in these two links. http://www.danscamera.com/Learning/going鈥?/a> ...

The information about my camera is just to show that you don't need the biggest and best. Just know how to use the one you have.

My camera has 5.2 mega pixel, but I use 3 most of the time because it gives great results, is faster, and takes less memory. Also, it only has a 3 x optical zoom and 7 x digital zoom. I never use the digital zoom because making pictures larger works better on the computer. This is an old camera, but everyone is impressed with the quality pictures it takes ... like magic.

Check with the Geeks in several stores and compare prices. Ask what cameras they own, but don't believe everything you hear. Once you select a camera read all about it in the owner's manual. Just learned that my camera has red-eye prevention and correction. It also has adaptive lighting. You may be able to view owners manuals at this link, but will need to Login. http://www.retrevo.com/s/digital+camera ...

The source links will show most of the cameras out there with prices and help make digital cameras work better with complete instructions on cleaning camera and battery electrical contacts.

http://dpreview.com/ ...Can anyone advise me on the best digital camera for under $200?
Neither of those are amongst the leaders of the pack. The S700 is an old camera now in a very fast moving market. You may see it being sold off cheaply. The S1000 lacks image stabilisation. That makes it very hard to get the best out of its 12x zoom. Image stabilisation is widely available now, and indeed the newer Fujifilm S2000HD with a 14.7x zoom does have image stabilisation.

If it is the zoom range of these cameras that attracted you to them, take a look at other big zoom cameras too. Everyone has an opinion of course, but to my mind the Lumix DMC-FZ28 with it's 18x zoom is the one to beat. I've got its ancestor, the FZ18 which is very similar (the FZ28 has a new 10 megapixel sensor). Rats... that's $300 at Adorama. More than I expected (I'm in the UK and US pricing usually makes us green with envy).

That Fujifilm S2000HD with its 14.7x zoom and image stabilisation is $224.

The Canon Powershot SX110 has a 10x zoom and is listed at $200. It's a nice looking camera but doesn't have a viewfinder. Most big zoom cameras have an electronic viewfinder so you can hold them up to your eye. I would really miss this, so the SX110 wouldn't suit me.

I haven't got there, but I would go on searching if I was you. Things have moved on considerably since those two Fujifilm cameras were released even though that wasn't long ago.

Take a look at dpreview.com. If you decide you don't really require such a big zoom then far more cameras will be available within your budget. If you do get a big zoom, I'd look for one with image stabilisation.
I'm not a serious photographer but I've had good luck with my Kodak digital camera. Kodak's best camera under $200 is the Z 8612 IS. I'll assume its the best because it costs $199.

Here's a link with more info about the camera.

    http://www.kodak.com/eknec/PageQuerier.j鈥?/a>

I'm just curious about what you are going to be taking pictures of. :)
I purchased a $100 Canon powershot (I think that's what it was called) from Best Buy for my boyfriend's Christmas gift. It has a huge screen and takes great photos. It has face recognition, anti-shake business, and 8 Megapixels of awesome. The controls are easier to use than the Fuji I tried out in the store, too. And, I swear it's faster than my the Kodak I bought for myself just a year ago.
Consider either of the following two if you're looking for zoom.

    Nikon P80. 18X optical zoom, 10 megapixels.

Kodak Z1012 IS. 12X optical zoom, 10 megapixels.

Both have image stabilizer, aperture/shutter priority and both have viewfinder.
Go to BestBuy and check out the Nikon CoolPix s550.

Very nice and certain colors are on sale.

Which is the best hospital in Dubai where you advise me to have my baby?

I don't feel health care here is really developed, and I'm really worried as to which is the best hospital to have my baby delivered.Could anyone advise?Which is the best hospital in Dubai where you advise me to have my baby?
For a Western Expat (I just assume) I would recommend the American hospital which provides the facility of the latest equipment. Its Physicians are all North American Board Certified or of equivalent, and supported by western trained Perfusionist, Nurses and support staff.

    Tel: (971-4)-336-7777, Fax: (971-4)-336-5176

    All the best.

Which is the best hospital in Dubai where you advise me to have my baby?
I am a western expat and gave birth in the UAE last year. And I must say that the care me and my baby received here were absolutely adequate. In some points I even thought it was advanced to what is offered in my home country, for example the possibilitie for a family member to stay in your hospital room over night, once you have given birth. Or the mandatory rooming in for the baby, which gives you all the time you want for bonding and getting the hang on breastfeeding, should you choose to do so.

Others have listed already several possible hospitals. I myself delivered at Zulekah hospital.

I would advise you to maybe look at different hospitals (American Hospital, Well Care hospital, Zulekah hospital and others have also websites where you can take a first glance) and choose a doctor you feel you can trust, which in my opinion is the most important thing.

Most hospitals offer packages for prenatal care and delivery.

But most important, don't be affraid look around you and you will see lots of families with at least two children. Most likely they were all born here in the country. So I assume that hospitals here are very experienced with childbirth.
Welcare Hospital, Dubai Hospital, Al Wasl Hospital

I was born in the Al Wasl Hospital :)
Well there are many good hospitals but regarding western standard health care I would advise u either the american hospital or welcare hospital, u can get the phone numbers by calling 181 on an etisalat line
    Welcare hospital
    Al Wasl hospital

i was born there too =D

Can somebody advise nice and not expensive accommodation in Villejuif, France?

Hi! I would be grateful if you can reccomend something nice there for 2 weeks stay. A colleague of mine and me are going for a training for 2 weeks and our budget is limited to 1800 euros. The hotels (there are only 2 or 3) which I could find via internet are rather expensive and not very cosy. Thank you very much for the help! Can somebody advise nice and not expensive accommodation in Villejuif, France?
Hard to find a home for two weeks on Villejuif. People rent for the month and want tenants for at least one year.

The hotels are not terrible, it's true.

    But there is this:

Otherwise, I suggest you come with me. I live with a roommate and I have a two-seater sofa to propose. But you will be housed in the heart of Villejuif, with friendly people who enjoy English. Can somebody advise nice and not expensive accommodation in Villejuif, France?
i'd suggest finding a two bed hostel room. there are plenty hostels in paris and they are a lot cheaper than hotels. i'd suggest going to www.hostelworld.com, you should be able to find something there.

Any stories / advise for a new employee recognizing unusually frugal employers?

Sunlight instead of lights, running out of printer toner, OUT of toilet paper for the restroom, re-using all scrap papers. I am frugal in my home so I get it but I don't know if I've ever seen a business so frugal.Any stories / advise for a new employee recognizing unusually frugal employers?
You cannot personally change that specific behavioral tendency. You should choose to accept that frugalness as a necessary component of this particular job environment.

Don't attempt to change it. You must either accept it or choose to walk away.

Can anyone advise me about what kind of eye dr is best?

My eyes are doing very weird things and I think it's something beyond just failing eyesight. What credentials should a person look for in an eye dr when going for an exam? Can anyone advise me about what kind of eye dr is best?
First, you should have your eyes checked by an OPTOMETRIST to make sure there is not a refractive error (prescription change)...and the OPTOMETRISTS can look at your eyes for any abnormalities and send you to the correct specialist if needed.

When looking for an optometrist, they will have to have O.D. behind their name. Also, I am a strong believer in experience, no matter what kind of doctor I'm going to go see...so before you make the appointment...ask where they went to school and how long they have been in practice as well as any particular interests in eye health they have.

Look, I work for a group of OPHTHALMOLOGISTS. Yup...specialists of all types...and I'm saying see your optometrist first. Optometrists are our first line for any vision problems. Our patients come to us on a 90% optometrist referral basis for evaluation of specific eye problems that the optometrists detected and wanted further evaluation.

Instead of trying to self diagnose and going to an ophthalmologist that may not be the appropriate specialist for your eyes, see your optometrist for a full dilated eye exam. The OPTOMETRISTS are MORE THAN CAPABLE of detecting ANY abnormalities.

Ophthalmologists are good for treating certain, eye anatomy diseases, conditions, and surgeries...but our optometrists help maintain our eye health before there are problems. Can anyone advise me about what kind of eye dr is best?
Many metabolic and neurological causes can change eyesight. Diabetes and Multiple Sclerosis are just a couple. Go to an Opthamologist. Most are very good. Ask him if the cause could be Metabolic or neurological. You may have to go to other Specialists to have more tests. He should be equipped in his office to do at least blood sugar test.
A good optometrist or a good ophthalmologist
Just make sure they are a medical doctor, MD or DO, and not an optometrist.
Younger doctors with up to date equipment are a good bet
First go to an opthamologist, not an optomtrist.

A opthamologist has an MD degree. They can decide if your problem is related to your eyes, or some underlying medical condition(i.e. blurry vision could be a sign of diabetes).

If you look in the yellow page under Physicians and Surgeons, and then under Opthamolgists you should be able to find one.

You can also call the hospitals in your area and see if they have a referal number.

If your opthamolgist is Board Certified that is a plus but I dont feel it totally necessary.
    Dear Daisy,

Many others have written great answers about your eye problem. But I hope you don't mind I'd like to answer a past question of yours.

Having read your past question about your marital problems, I first want to let you know that I really feel for you! I'd also like to share a resource that could possibly help. It's a book called ';Fascinating Womanhood'; by Helen Andelin and it's helped save countless marriages which seemed beyond hope. (There's also a website: http://www.fascinatingwomanhood.net/ ) I'll keep you in my prayers!
    Ophthalmologist
I found for myself, that the best is to go to the local university's medical center. So I went to Ohio State University medical center and there I was referred to Ophthalmology.

The benefit of it is that these doctors are still young and eager to make it. Nothing is done without the professor, but because they are young and new to the field they are eager to please--the patient and the professor. What's equally important to me is the the eye specialist has a M.D., because one who doesn't cannot write prescriptions.

Live Tree Advise - If the bottom is not cut can it survive?

My husband did not cut off the bottom of the tree and he did not tell me until AFTER it was decorated. I put in a gallon of water (with tree preserver) and the tree has not ';drank'; very much of the water. Is there anything I can do to save the tree?Live Tree Advise - If the bottom is not cut can it survive?
The reason for cutting off a portion of the bottom of the tree is to expose new wood to moisture in your tree holder.

It would be messy, but couldn't you have him lift the entire thing out of the holder and you could cut a small slice off the end? The only other thing I can think of, and it would not be as effective, is to drill some 1/4'; X 2'; holes close to the middle of the water level, so water can get into to the fibers and perhaps draw up to the upper portions of the tree.

Christians, How would advise this young lady in how to seek the Lord?

She is despondent and can not find God. In fact is thinking about suicide. Can you send her the right answers from the bible. Quick like.Christians, How would advise this young lady in how to seek the Lord?
If she is going through a lot,

    she should think about this: it gets me through everything, '; God will not take you to, anything he can't take you through.';

God is always here and you just have to realize everything happens for a reason and he won't take you to a point you can not get through. He is always here.Christians, How would advise this young lady in how to seek the Lord?
    Matt 11:25b-30:

thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them to babes. Even so, Father, for so it seemed good in thy sight. All things are delivered unto Me of my Father:and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father;neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal Him. Come unto me all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

Hope this helps...If you're looking for God, run to the cross and lay your burdens there.
It's more likely that she would get better results from being proactive in her recovery-changes in lifestyle (diet, exercise, drugs/alcohol use), seeing a therapist, and taking anti-depressants. Sending her Bible quotes isn't going to help.
First, if she is thinking about suicide, I say, ';in the name of Jesus Christ I command that is not an option for her.'; Then, for you to give to her, the book of John, chapter one. But that's not going to make sense to her if she does not yet know God. So, the real answer is for her to talk to the Almighty herself. Tell her to cry out to Him. And He will answer. Because it is a Living God that can and will and loves to save.
“And you, my child, will be called a prophet of the Most High; for you will go on before the Lord to prepare the way for him, to give his people the knowledge of salvation through the forgiveness of their sins, because of the tender mercy of our God, by which the rising sun will come to us from heaven”- Luke 1:76-78

Pray for her and maybe she'll turn her life around and help other girls go through what she went through. i'll pray as well :) God Bless
Do not let her commit suicide and if you're her friend be there and get her help! It has sadly happened before where friends weren't there and sadly the despondent person did commit suicide.

    Psalms 4:1-8 (King James Version)

1 Hear me when I call, O God of my righteousness: thou hast enlarged me when I was in distress; have mercy upon me, and hear my prayer.

2 O ye sons of men, how long will ye turn my glory into shame? how long will ye love vanity, and seek after leasing? Selah.

3 But know that the LORD hath set apart him that is godly for himself: the LORD will hear when I call unto him.

4 Stand in awe, and sin not: commune with your own heart upon your bed, and be still. Selah.

5 Offer the sacrifices of righteousness, and put your trust in the LORD.

6 There be many that say, Who will shew us any good? LORD, lift thou up the light of thy countenance upon us.

7 Thou hast put gladness in my heart, more than in the time that their corn and their wine increased.

8 I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for thou, LORD, only makest me dwell in safety.
I agree that a suicide hotline is the first step. But, getting a Life Application Bible and seeking out comfort verses would be great. I'm a Christian and seem to forget that when I am sad or angry, I need only go through the Bible (sometimes just randomly), and I instantly feel better--it's really an amazing feeling. God bless, and I hope you can help your friend (or yourself?) feel better and learn that Jesus is ready and willing to comfort you.
These things I have spoken unto you, that in me(Jesus) ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation, but be of good cheer; I (Jesus) have overcome the world. John 16:33

Through Jesus, she can overcome to. What has this young lady so despondent? Is there anything too hard for God to fix? The answer is no, nothing is impossible with God.
Unconventional as I am I'd probably take a very different route. ie

Ok so you want to kill yourself...fine with me but first come with me.

We walk over to the stove, I turn on the large burner to the highest temperature and grab her hand forcing her to put her hand on it...she resists. My next statement will either wake her up or she is totally crazy...

If you want to commit suicide then go for it, but I want you to know that what you just fought so violently against me about is EXACTLY what you will face from the second you take your last breath...still want to do it? or are you ready for God's help?

    My scriptural basis?

Jude 1:21-23 Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.

22: And of some have compassion, making a difference:

23: And others SAVE WITH FEAR, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.
Well first of all DONT DO SUICIDE!!!! thats crazy! things might be going bad now but that doesn't mean they wont change. Winners never quit and quitters never win. Just pick up a Bible and read god will get you to the right page (TRUST ME)
How about calling a suicide hotline? Seriously, that would be able to help.

there is something that you are shy to say them ?

I'm sorry but my hair stylist know his job very well. He is a great person. You have a nice day.!What is the advise that you wants tell to you hair stylist or the salon owner ?
I would tell them to keep their gossiping to themselves. I don't want to hear about other patrons husbands, boyfriends, kids, problems, etc. I have changed salons because of this. Seriously !
This is funny for me to see... I'm a hairstylist and Ive thought of this to...this is why I keep plenty of brushes handy, all different types...and blow dryers I have about 3 different ones, as for business cards those get pricey but I have two different types. And magazines I pick up new ones all the time no sence in leaving old beat up ones on the table or in the racks makes it look tacky...and as for the one saying they dont like when the stylist sings in your ear....TELL THEM! lol. Your paying for a service .... not for them to sing in your ear. And a good stylist knows when not to chat up to much...they need to remember that they are working on satisfying a client not their singing skills...and a clean work station that's something they can get fined for if they dont take care of it ... they wouldn't want to eat off the floor of a restaurant so why should you guys have to sit in there mess. I'm sorry I just have a problem with lazy stylist I dont mean to be rude but it is your right to let them know how you feel. YOU ARE PAYING THEM.
Honestly, I don't like them talking my ear off about stuff taht has nothing to do with my hair. Unless I know them really well, I don't like small chat. I'd rather just sit back, relax %26amp; enjoy getting my hair done.
don't talk too much. i go to the salon to have my hair done, not listen to gossips.
I wish I could tell them not to sing to the music that is playing while they are a few inches away from my ear.
my hair salon keeps all cutting implements in a detergent jar with detergent so I know its clean

love the massgae they give when they wash the hair

hairstylists dont know what youwant until you show them a picture so i download loads and then we discuss what would suit me

Still running in Japan right now and being fansubbed, Aoi Hana (Blue Flowers) is really good! I don't usually like hardcore Yuri, but this has such great characters.

Maria-sama ga Miteru has several season and a total of 44 episodes (including OVA). Although the series is based on a novel series, there is a manga which is very nice.

An older series similar to Maria but more angsty is Onii-sama e... (aka Brother, Dear Brother). Its also about a high class all girls school. Er, I guess most Yuri stories are.

A not really Yuri manga/anime, with a Yuri heroine is Maria Holic. This one is a comedy rather than a drama.

Another series running right now is Kanamemo. In this one, all the characters are girls so there is shoujo-ainess, plus there is a blatantly yuri couple. This is also a comedy.

You can use the site all my links are from to list anime by category and search for shoujo-ai titles (although even if the story only has a yuri side character it will probably come up) (don't forget to disable synonyms). But I've listed a few that I think are good ^_^
YES YES YES ';Maka Maka'; is INCREDIBLE. You can find all of it at mangafox. It's, in my opinion, the best yuri manga, because it's all in color and the art is beautiful.

Any advise as to where I can apply for a small business loan in the state of California?

Trying to start up a small business in the state of California. I know it is a '.gov' site, but am not quite sure where to go. Your help is much appreciated.Any advise as to where I can apply for a small business loan in the state of California?
The most common type of lender is the commercial bank, credit union, savings and loan companies, or investment companies. These lenders offer business loans, however, often times these loans must be secured. This could mean offering up your personal assets as collateral. Although, the business is yours to do with what you want, these loans are very risky to any un-established business. And that鈥檚 assuming you qualify. Unsecured loans, usually less than $100,000, are available to business owners based upon his or her personal credit history.

    http://best-loans.awardspace.com/businessloans.htm

Commercial banks may also request that a business have a co-signer or guarantor. This may mean finding a financial partner or checking into the various types of small business loans available through the federal government. Women and minorities have an even wider selection of entities willing to loan them business capital. Organizations such as the Women鈥檚 Business Ownership, Women Entrepreneurship in the 21st Century, and several others cater to lending money to women that wish to start-up a business, still others actually guarantee them business loans.

Why do they advise to lay on your left side for kick counts?

Whenever I'm trying to feel my baby move, I'm pretty sure it's easier for me to feel him on my back. But maybe that's because I'm not giving the left-side thing a lot of time.

Is it supposed to be easier to feel the baby when you lay on your left side, when you do a kick count? Why do they advise to lay on your left side for kick counts?
Lying on your left side increases the blood flow to your uterus, which will make it more likely that the baby will be active. Why do they advise to lay on your left side for kick counts?
They recommend drinking 2 glasses of cold water or juice and then laying on your left side (for more blood flow) and counting kicks if you haven't felt your baby move in awhile. If your feeling your baby, then that's great and you shouldn't worry. But the cold water/juice gets the baby active (suppose to) and laying on your left side give more blood flow. And you can count kicks. 5 kicks in a 30 minute period is good. If you haven't felt your baby move and do this, and still no movement, they you are to call your doctor ASAP.
When I lay on my right side he goes absolutely crazy. I also feel him when I am on my back and my left side. More so on my right though.
Ohh wow thanks for the advise ladies I just started feeling my baby move..

How might you modify your diet to get the recommended servings for each food group? What are some nutrient-rich foods that you could add to your daily diet?I have started a Food Diary and need a little advise on trying to eat healthier?
You ask a book worth of questions!

    Here's a mini course -

Breakfast - fresh fruit or juice, and eggs, or oatmeal, or cereal with 2% or wheat toast, or rye toast, and green tea or coffee

A.M. snack - pick from - peanut butter and wheat thins, nuts, fruit, yogurt, etc.

Lunch - things like a turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread with lettuce and tomato, or Subway, or soups, or salads. Add yogurt, and/or fruit if you're like me and you need a lot of food ;-)

Snack - dark chocolate, baked chips and salsa, veggies, cheese and baked crackers,

Dinner - 3-6 ounces of fish, chicken, or lean meat (red meat only a couple times a week), with a salad, and a vegetable or a baked sweet potato, or a baked potato easy on the toppings, or french bread with olive oil and parmesan to dip in.

Dessert - low fat ice cream or yogurt with fresh fruit,

Unfortunately, it's almost impossible these days to get all of the nutrients you need from diet alone. Even our fresh fruits and vegetables don't have as many nutrients as they used to. You need to take a good multi vitamin and mineral supplement every day at a minimum.

I like to look at these sites for nutritional information:

    www.calorieking.com

    www.nutritiondata.com

The second one has some tools to help you pick your food by nutrient. I like to have berries, tofu, nuts and seeds. Lots of

    vegetables.

I have lost over twenty pounds since Spring by eating smaller portions of food. I still eat some things that aren't super healthy, but I have worked hard to eat lots of fiber rich foods, less bad fats, more omega 3 fats, etc.

I also like to eat mangoes. Eating colorful foods helps to get lots of vitamins.
You need to use your food diary for a few days to see what your patterns are right now. When you identify that you've had too much of a particular food group, then you can switch one of those for one where you are lacking.

It'd probably be best to find some books from the library to read up on nutritition and food instead of relying on people in Answers.
    Switch to all organic foods.
