I have a job interview with a major airline coming up! Please advise?

What are the do's and don'ts for a successful application? It's for a pilot position.I have a job interview with a major airline coming up! Please advise?
preperation is the key. i will send you 2 very helpful pilot interview preperation sites. write your answers to the questions, the general questions are almost always the same, rehearse the answers until you can deliver them clearly and coherently. there are some technical questions on these sites, you should prepare your answers to these as well. good luck.I have a job interview with a major airline coming up! go to www.aviatiointerviews.com and learn everything you possibly can before showing up. Its not cheating. Airlines know the gouges are out there and they want you to show that you can prepare and can study.
TRUST ME ON THIS ONE:

Go to this website: www.askcaptainlim.com

You will find the answers that you seek!

Good luck :-)
Be the best at what you do. Always think, Safety!

Be confident but don't be cocky!

Let them know how skilled you are and how responsible you are!

Give examples!

Have fun but be safe!
Just be confident, be honest, and NEVER show any kind of weaknes or desperation.
Do you know of anyone who is working at that airline as a pilot? You can ask them about what kinds of questions they ask. My friend just started at UPS and a friend of his gave him book on what questions to prepare because those are the frequently asked questions. You should also find out if the airline made any news and talk a little about that such as they made $X profit in the second quarter. It shows that you are interested in the airline and care about them.

Good luck on the interview and hope you get the job.
All the above answers are good. Don't forget body language. Sit straight, but relaxed. Look the interviewer in the eye when answering a question and when he is asking a question. Dress like a professional. Act enthusiastic and you will be enthusiastic. Good luck.
