Im only 15 and really need some advise on how to loose weight?

I am a 15 year old girl who is 5' 7'' and weights 167lbs. I really want to find a way to loose weight before school starts because my jeans size is increasing too fast for me. Im not fat, but just chubby and have a gut. It's really annoying I would like any advise anyone could give.Im only 15 and really need some advise on how to loose weight?
You need to change your diet and exercise on a regular basis. Avoid fatty foods, anything fried, and anything containing processed sugars. Avoid processed foods in general. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, and don't drink soda. Drink milk or water instead of sugary drinks. Try to drink 8 cups of water daily, not only will it help your body to become healthier, you will also feel great. Don't eat too much red meat, it will not help you too lose weight. Don't worry too much about a hamburger or steak dinner once in a while, but try to cut back on the meat. You will also need to exercise. Begin running, biking, swimming, or other aerobic exercise daily, for at least a half hour. Also do some simple exercises that won't stress your joints, such as pullups, pushups, hanging leg raises (hang from a bar, raise your straight legs so that your body forms an L), back hyperextensions, and hindu squats. If you can find an activity that you enjoy that also provides exercise, such as dancing, gymnastics, hiking, etc., then go ahead and do it! Also, don't expect to see results over night. If school starts at the beginning of September, then you may lose some weight before school, but nothing dramatic. Stick with the program, and soon enough you'll see changes. Don't take diet pills, they do absolutely nothing and are potentially dangerous. Don't try any starvation diets either, a healthy diet will help you much more in the long run. Aim for 1800 calories a day, with exercise.

my twin sister lost about 50 pounds in 2months by drinking lots of water and doing about 20-50 sit ups a night!!


she also cut down her portians of food!


like if you normally go back for secounds DONT

but everyones differnt
Just eat right (no ice cream) and exercise more and you can loose a few pounds.eat mostly fruits and veggies. i worked for me. i am 15 5'5'; and 116 lbs.
If you drink soda, you should cut that out of your diet.





Exercise every day.
