Sunlight instead of lights, running out of printer toner, OUT of toilet paper for the restroom, re-using all scrap papers. I am frugal in my home so I get it but I don't know if I've ever seen a business so frugal.Any stories / advise for a new employee recognizing unusually frugal employers?
You cannot personally change that specific behavioral tendency. You should choose to accept that frugalness as a necessary component of this particular job environment.
Don't attempt to change it. You must either accept it or choose to walk away.
