Is there any websites that offer live chat or online pharmeceutical advise?

My dad has terminal cancer, he is in a lot of pain. He is taking Indomethacin. He has found that if he takes the painkiller BEFORE the pain starts, it is really helpful. That means about every 4 hours round the clock. But, the dosages says, 3 times a day as needed. I don't want him to get sick, but the pain is unbelievable for him, it is 25 mg a pill. He is also taking a TON of natural supplements. Any advise? Is there any websites that offer live chat or online pharmeceutical advise?
I'm not familiar with any chat sites or on-line advice sites concerning pharmacological questions, but you could work on google--if they exist, you should be able to find something...Is there any websites that offer live chat or online pharmeceutical advise?
i would have him talk to his doctor about fentanyl patch, because it delievers a certain amt of medication over a spread amt of time usually it is a patch changed every 3 days. i might also see if he could increase the dose of indomethacin to 50 mg so he might not have to take it as much.

im sorry, i know its a hard time right now, just try to be supportive, and make sure hes comfortable.
You might try going down to your local Pharmacy, the pharmacist would be more than happy to talk to you. My father being a pharmacist is always willing to assist anyone with any questions.
Indomethacin is used to relieve moderate to severe pain, tenderness, swelling, and stiffness caused by osteoarthritis (arthritis caused by a breakdown of the lining of the joints), rheumatoid arthritis (arthritis caused by swelling of the lining of the joints), and ankylosing spondylitis (arthritis that mainly affects the spine). Indomethacin is also used to treat pain in the shoulder caused by bursitis (inflammation of a fluid-filled sac in the shoulder joint) and tendinitis (inflammation of the tissue that connects muscle to bone). Indomethacin immediate-release capsules, suspension (liquid) and suppositories are also used to treat acute gouty arthritis (attacks of severe joint pain and swelling caused by a build-up of certain substances in the joints). Indomethacin is in a class of medications called NSAIDs. It works by stopping the body's production of a substance that causes pain, fever, and inflammation.
