Has Anyone Got Any Advise On How To Loose Weight?

I'm 13, and i'm overweight. I don't want to tell you guys how much I weigh, incase people from my school see this. Is there any advise you guys can give me on how to loose weight because its really getting me down, i can't get nice clothes because i'm to big for them. It really gets me down and I want to be able to look nice. So please.Has Anyone Got Any Advise On How To Loose Weight?
1. Drink lots of water


2. Eat more fruits/veggies


3. Exercise daily

I'm 12 and i used to weigh 13 stones 2 lbs (yeah.. alot i know!), and i finally decided to lose some weight!





I bet your sick of thinking your flabby and overweight so this is what you have to do!:





1. Count your calories! The average is 1,500 but i am eating 1,200 at the moment.





2. Join a gym and sort yourself a program. Or if it is to expensive run around the nearest park, ride a bike - any exercise. (i run for 20 minutes everyday, bike for 15 minutes, and then swim 64 lengths [1 mile])





3. Don't snack! Motivate yourself - eat an orange or piece of fruit, ';temptation is powerful, when we overcome it we get the benefit. If we give in, we know we will be punished by it';





4. Don't put yourself down, when you have lost 1lb, think ';Yay!! only a few more of them to go!';





I have already lost 1 stone sticking to this, and it's much better for me, i want to be 8 stone, and on the way, the sources are a few webs i looked at you might find helpful. :D

Basically, eat right and exercise regularly.
